Based on the results of prospecting, mineralized gold-bearing zones in the central part were delineated and mineral resources were calculated with the following indicators: in the P1 + P2 category, gold reserves are 6.43 tons with an average grade of 3.3 g/t with the strike of ore zones up to 600 m and a forecast depth of 300 m.
Following the results of exploration work, the deposit was entered into the State Balance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the development of the Karabulak and Dekabrskoye deposits began.
The international company SRK conducted an independent assessment of mineral resources according to JORC standards and prepared recommendations for further study of the site.
The state commission approved reserves within the project quarry, and industrial development of the deposit began.
The processing plant and the first stage of the tailings storage facility are put into operation.
Open-pit mining operations are started with the involvement of contractors and the introduction of a permanent engineering control system.
